Claudio Fumasoli financed his high school and psychology studies until 1986 with commercial work in different functions (Roba AG, Basel). He specialized in adult education and, following the completion of his studies in 1993, worked as a trainer in the field of internal education and training (Hoffmann La Roche AG, Basel).

Self Employment
In 1993, he ventured into self employment with the opening of his psychological counseling practice. Personality development, training, coaching for individuals and organizations developed to become his core competences.

Outplacement
Since 1994, he is actively engaged as a psychological consultant, teacher, trainer and coach for job seekers and HR managers. His longstanding experience shows that the involvement with a successful career transition can stand for a sustainable development opportunity for any personality. Mastering challenging situations productively in exactly that context is what forms the central theme of his work with clients.
